Facilities
Here we have the finest Facilities anyone could ask for.
All facilities are kept neat Daily by my staff and are cleaned continuously throughout everyday. I promise you the finest arenas, courses and swimming pools. I also promise you availability to all areas at any time of day, as there are many please to be and all our areas are cloned so that there are two areas which hold the same amount of people/horses!Take a look and see what we have for yourself, I'm sure you'll be pleased!
The Barns:
The Stallion Barn: The Stallion Barn has 40 Stalls which are separated by narrow isles to ensure horses privacy. The Stalls are 16"x16". The Barn is Temperature Controlled to provide a comfortable environment for your Stallions. Each Stall is Made of Solid Oak with Steel Bar portions on the top half all the way around. Each Stall has a rear door where your Stallion can access their own private paddock. Each stall is lined with soft padding on the inside to ensure a non-injury Place and has Rubber Placed beneath soft straw to ensure hoof comfort. This Barn has four feed rooms that can be accessed easily from any part of the barn, It also has Four Tack rooms that are easily accessed also. This is where all Stallions, whether in Training or competition, will be boarded.

The Brood Mare Barn: This Barn has 40 stalls also which are 18"x18". It is temperature controlled to provide a comfortable environment for your foaling Mares. Each Stall is made of Solid Oak with Steel bar portions on the top half all the way around. Each stall has a rear door where your Mare (and possible foal) can access their own private Paddock. Each stall is lined with soft padding on the inside to ensure a non-injury place for your mare and foal. The stalls have rubber placed underneath the softest straw available to ensure your mare and foal a soft place to rest and the finest hoof comfort. This Barn has two feed rooms and two tack rooms that can be easily accessed from any part of the barn. This barn is where your mares with foals/foaling/near foaling will be boarded.

The Training/Competition Barn: This barn has 50 Stalls where where your horse will have a 13"x13" area to relax in. Its even more relaxing because this barn is Temperature controlled to provide a comfortable environment for your future champions. Each Stall is made from Solid Oak and has steel bars on the top half all the way around. Each stall is equipped with doors at the rear that lead to a private paddock for your champs. The rear doors can be closed at any time by owner request. Each Stall is lined with soft padding to ensure a non-injury place and has rubber place on the ground underneath soft straw to ensure hoof comfort of your horse. This barn has 4 Feed rooms and 4 Tack rooms that can be easily accessed from any part of the barn. This Barn is where all the Geldings will be boarded and all the horses in Training.
The Isolation/Recovery Barn: In the Isolation Barn there are 12 Stalls which are each 20'"x 20" . These specially designed Stalls are outfitted with the necessary safety equipment suitable to your horse's needs. This barn is Temperature controlled to provide a comfortable environment for your ailing horse or recovering equine. This is also a safety precaution should the unthinkable happen (i.e. Sickness, to prevent spreading from one horse to another) Each Stall is made from Solid Oak with steel bars on the top half all the way around the Stall. Each Stall is separated from the other by a narrow isle. Adjoining the Stalls are back doors where your horse will have its own private Paddock where it will gradually be reintroduced to the out side. YOUR HORSE WILL NOT BE ABLE TO SHOW UNTIL IT HAS FULLY RECOVERED. Each Stall is lined with doubled padding to ensure a non injury place and has rubber placed on the floor underneath the finest soft straw available. This Barn has one tack room and one feed room that is easily accessed from any part of the Barn. This barn is where injured , sick or angry horses will be until they have recovered or calmed down.

The Pastures
Here we have the freshest, greenest and softest grass for your grazing horses. The fields and pastures are large and are checked weekly to ensure that no Prairie Dogs have come along and dug holes that could be hazardous to your horses well being. Please read about our pastures and see if you agree with them :)
25 Two Acre Paddocks for 1 to 2 full sized horses, 4 to 5 miniatures.
3 Five Acre Pastures for 3 to 5 full sized horses, 7-8 miniatures w/ one three sided shed.
15 Ten Acres Pastures for 7-8 full sized horses, 10-11 miniatures w/two three sided shed.
10 One acre Paddocks for Stallions with small three sided shed.
2 Three Acre Paddocks for 7 to 8 weanlings w/two three sided shed.
All Paddocks/ Pastures are fenced with extra tall fencing to unsure you that your horse stays where it is put :)-------------------------------------------------------------------------------------
Schooling and showing facilities
Your Horses are ensured great success with the special schooling and Showing facilities we have here at HighTide Acres. Everyday the arenas, swimming pools, and Course are cleaned so you wont get hurt or your horse wont get hurt. The facilities have top quality materials and are made from the finest brands. I'm sure you'll be pleased to see what you find.
